Snack Attack: 4 Foods That Will Help You Ace Your Next Exam

Late nights of studying can be such a drag that you wake up from a long night in the books and too tired to take your exam. Well guess what? Food is the cure to ace your next exam! Next time you're cramming for that important test, snack on these 4 foods that'll prevent your brain from draining!
Fruit
Feeling a little tired while studying for your exam? Fresh fruit is filled with fiber and carbohydrates which are a natural source of energy and a great way to keep you alert! Want to really increase your studying skills? Snack on a bowl of fresh blueberries! Studies show that blueberries can enhance your memory and your capability to learn. If you're not a fan of eating blueberries by themselves, eat something that contains blueberries such as a blueberry muffin, blueberries in your yogurt or even a smoothie that contains blueberries.

Nuts
Snacking on a handful of nuts can help your brain more than you think! Since nuts are filled with omega 3, they can not only enhance your brain power but also help you maintain your concentration too! Try snacking on walnuts to really get your brain going!

Yogurt
Yogurt is a great snack to help lower your stress level while they are not only a good source of vitamin D but also contain lysine which can help the brain function! Here's a tip: put your yogurt in the freezer for 1 hour for an even tastier late night treat. YUM!

Chocolate
Believe it or not dark chocolate is a great snack to have while studying. Not only does it help you stay alert, but it also increases the blood flow to the brain. Who knew that chocolate was more useful than just a tasty snack?
